Booking Terms and Conditions

Black Beck Farm is pleased to offer Caravan Bookings under the following Terms and Conditions:

Deposit - A none refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at time of booking. We must receive this, along with your booking from, within 7 days of reservation; otherwise the caravan may be re-let, and your booking not confirmed.

Balance - The remaining balance is due upon arrival.  Please be advised that we do not accept payments by debit or credit cards; cash or cheque only.  Keys to Yew Barrow view will not be made available until all monies are paid.

Letting Arrangements - Your caravan will be ready for you from 4.30pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise stated.  If you are arriving after 7pm please advise us in advance.  Upon arrival please bring your confirmation letter to the farmhouse to enable collection of keys.  All utilities are included in the price.  (If you have hired linen, this will be left in the caravan ready for arrival).

Being a family site, we only accept bookings from family groups.  We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male / all female parties.

Departure - You must vacate your caravan by 10.30am on the day of departure.  Please return the keys to the farmhouse, any lost keys will be charged at £10.00.

Accommodation – The person named on the booking form is responsible for all breakages or damage caused during your stay.  Please report any as soon as possible to the farmhouse.  Please check the caravan Inventory when you arrive.  Should you find any faults or have any complaints during your stay, please also report these immediately.  Any major damage will incur charges (such as furniture, electrical equipment and structural damage  etc (inc patio areas)).

This is a non-smoking caravan. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED.   Pets are not allowed in the caravan or patio areas.

Parking – Please park all vehicles on the gravelled area.  And do not park directly in front of the caravan, as this will affect the satellite television signal.

Behaviour – The respect of others on the site (and local resident) is of up most importance.  There must be no loud music after 10.30pm.  If, in the opinion of ourselves, any member of the party is causing disturbance (at any time of the day), the entire party may be asked to leave immediately.  No refunds will be given in the event of being asked to leave.

Liability - We cannot be held responsible for any personal loss, damage or injury suffered by you or any member of your party.

Cancellation by you – If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. There will be no refund of the £50.00 deposit.

Cancellation by us – In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your stay, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Pets - Unfortunately we do not allow any pets in the caravan (including outside patio areas).

Please be advised if any of the above terms and conditions are breached by you, you  may be asked to leave Yew Barrow View immediately.   In such circumstances you will not be offered any refunds.
